UVEND North East LTD, company number 17215009, is a vending machine supplier and operator providing modern, fully managed vending machines across Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough and the wider North East of England.

This website is provided for general information about our vending machine services. You may use it to learn about our machine types, coverage area, and to enquire about becoming a partner site. You must not use this website in any way that causes damage to it, or in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

A vending machine placement only becomes binding once a written Vending Machine Partnership Agreement has been signed by both UVEND North East and the Location/Business.

5. Becoming A Partner Site

Where you enquire about hosting a UVEND North East machine, any resulting placement will be governed by a separate Vending Machine Partnership Agreement, which will set out (among other things):

• The term of the agreement (typically 6 or 12 months, continuing on a rolling monthly basis thereafter)
• The agreed revenue share and payment terms
• Installation timescales (typically around 2 weeks from signing, subject to site readiness)
• Responsibilities of UVEND North East and the Location/Business
• Exclusivity, branding, minimum performance, relocation and termination terms
• Ownership of the vending machine, which remains with UVEND North East at all times

Nothing on this website amends or overrides the terms of a signed Partnership Agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to UVEND North East and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
